Repair and replacement work for multi-story condominium staircase systems at SummerWinds Condominiums. Scope included field welding, stair framing, grated treads, landing platforms, handrail supports, equipment access, and occupied-property coordination around resident safety and controlled work areas. Andromeda completed 6 staircases.
